Ms. Dady is a Partner at DC Capital Partners. Previously she served as a Principal at Veritas Capital. Ms. Dady managed the Washington DC office of Veritas Capital where, in addition to making and monitoring investments, she acted as liaison to government and industry, and assisted in the creation and execution of business development initiatives for portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Veritas Capital, Ms. Dady worked as a consultant with The SPECTRUM Group, a leading defense industry consultancy, advising clients engaged in the defense and aerospace sectors on strategic and business development issues. Previous to that, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Quarterdeck Investment Partners, Inc. ("Quarterdeck"), a leading boutique investment banking firm specializing in the aerospace, defense and technology sectors. Ms. Dady established the Washington, DC office for Quarterdeck and was responsible for managing the firm's mergers and acquisitions advisory practice.

Prior to Quarterdeck, Ms. Dady served for 20 years in the United States Navy (1973-1993), attaining the rank of Commander. During her naval career, she enjoyed notable assignments with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Commander of Allied Forces Southern Europe, and the Department of State.

Ms. Dady is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as President of the Board of Directors of the National Guard Youth Foundation, and chairs the Foundation's annual Gala. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of KS International, LLC, the Strategic Intelligence Group, LLC, Catapult Technology, Ltd., and The SPECTRUM Group.

Ms. Dady holds a B.A. in Political Science from East Tennessee State University and an M.A. in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Ms. Dady served as a Federal Executive Fellow at the Center for International Affairs at Harvard University.
