Mr. Weber is a Partner at DC Capital Partners. He has extensive experience in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, structuring, financing, building and exiting private equity investments in the government, defense, aerospace and engineering industries. In addition, Mr. Weber has developed experience evaluating investments in related, highly regulated industries. Throughout his career Mr. Weber has worked closely with management teams after the closing of an investment to develop and execute a Strategic Plan designed to grow the business and enhance the value of the company.

Mr. Weber has been involved in the Fund II investments in AMA Consulting Engineers, PBK Architects, Digital Force Technologies and Hill Technical Solutions and is a member of the Board of Directors of all of the companies in Fund II.

Prior to joining DC Capital Partners Mr. Weber was a Principal at Veritas Capital where he was directly involved in evaluating, executing and exiting investments for Veritas Capital Fund II and Veritas Capital Fund III. Prior to Veritas Capital, Mr. Weber was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of Lehman Brothers. In that capacity Mr. Weber was responsible for executing investments on behalf of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Funds II and III. While at Lehman Brothers Mr. Weber evaluated investment opportunities in a wide range of industries including home improvement products and energy related businesses.

Prior to his career in finance Mr. Weber served as an officer in the United States Army where he was an aviation officer serving in numerous assignments both domestically and abroad.

Mr. Weber holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
